Timothee Bannerman – owner | executive chef
Timothee Bannerman is the owner and executive chef of Bannermans Catering, bringing over 20 years of experience from prestigious kitchens in France and the UK. Trained in French haute cuisine and refined British fine dining, his career includes working under Alain Ducasse and leading roles at renowned hotels. He has cooked for members of the Royal Family and earned a gold medal in fine dining. In 2017, he founded Bannermans Catering, delivering bespoke, high-end culinary experiences.
