OWNER | EXECUTIVE CHEF

With over 20 years of culinary “expertise", Chef "Timothee Bannerman” has honed his craft in some of the world's most prestigious kitchens, mastering French haute cuisine and elevating British fine dining to extraordinary heights.

Chef Bannerman’s culinary journey began in "Paris, France" in 2000, where he spent "four years" working at the renowned “Dalloyau", a historic French pâtisserie and restaurant known for its exceptional culinary artistry. He then moved on to "Palais Des Gourmets" for a year, followed by an enriching experience at "Kertin Pertin Ducasse” under the tutelage of world-renowned chef "Alain Ducasse" which further deepened his expertise in French gastronomy.

In 2006, Chef Bannerman made the bold decision to move to the “UK" where he quickly became known for his refined techniques and commitment to excellence. He started his UK career at "Dhillon Hotel" as a "Chef de Partie", then worked at "Cliveden House" for six months before joining "Compleat Angler" for another year.

Chef Bannerman’s talent was recognized at "Grove Hotel" where he served as "Senior Chef" for "three years", leading the kitchen with distinction. His experience continued to grow as he took on the role of “Junior Sous Chef" at "St. Michaels Manor", before moving on to "Maison House", where he spent "two years” perfecting his craft.

Seeking to expand his vision further, Chef Bannerman ventured into the world of entrepreneurship and opened a restaurant in “Hoddesdon" which he ran for a year. He then moved on to "Luton Hoo", where he served as "Sous Chef" for "three years" and it was during this time that he further refined his leadership and culinary management skills.

In “2017" Chef Bannerman founded "Bannermans Catering", a premier catering service that caters to high-profile events, offering bespoke dining experiences. As "Director & Head Chef", he brings his vast culinary experience and refined techniques to every event, delivering exceptional cuisine for his clients.

 Throughout his career, Chef Bannerman has had the honor of cooking for "Royal family members" adding to his prestigious list of accomplishments. His dedication to culinary excellence was recognized when he won a "gold medal in fine dining" a testament to his skill and passion for gastronomy.

Today, Chef Timothee Bannerman continues to lead "Bannermans Catering” with a commitment to providing world-class cuisine and unforgettable dining experiences for every occasion, whether intimate gatherings or grand events.
